Hi!

First of all, congratulations on the excellent tool you share!
I’m looking for some examples on SOP’s for handling orders from waiting staff to the kitchen, in order to minimize guest complaint on service timing. Any help will be most appreciated.

Dear Gathuru,

As long as you donot use our tutorials in any other media like publishing books or making web sites, you can use all our tutorials. In fact, we encourage trainers and hoteliers to use these tutorials and recommend their students to buy our cheap ebooks which will be a logical feedback of our hard work. Wishing you all the very best.
