We title it as “Practical Training Course”. Does it mean that all our previous tutorials were not practical? No, we don’t want to mean that. So, what’s the difference with other tutorials? OK. Let us explain.

This series will be totally different and for the first time in any web site. Tutorials under this series will be written as you see in different training manuals. There will not be any theoretical knowledge in these tutorials and we will discuss only steps and words you should use in different situations. For example, we have a popular tutorial on handling guest complaint. There we discuss many theoretical concepts and points you need to remember while you deal with any complaint raised by guests. But in this series we will directly write those steps to solve such problem practically. From our step by step instruction you will understand how in real situation, an hotelier handle different problems and solve those.

So, we guess this series of tutorials will be super exclusive for all students, teachers, young and experience hoteliers and in fact for all relating to hotel industry. But we need your feedback. Everyday many visitors collect information from our blog but forget to inspire us through comment. If you people comment then we can understand our writing adds value in your life, you like to see more from us, we are in the right tract.
