Guest Complaint Handling Training Ebook

After publishing Handling Guest Complaint tutorial here in this blog, some of my visitors email me for more tutorials regarding this issue. Some even propose to write a Training Manual to discuss how to handle guest complaints in hotel or restaurant as there are not good manuals available on this topic. We did not have any plan to publish any ebook or training manual on this topic but due to some public demand we have decided to publish our first training manual on guest handling issue with an automated audio tutorial. I guess this will be a must read for every hotelier.

Features of the Training Manual:

It will be a 30-40 Pages self study training manual with Audio version. We have decided to set the price as 15$. The price will be for the package of an ebook and an audio training MP3. Some features will be as:

  1. Plenty of examples with practical dialogue
  2. Tips on how to handle difficult guests
  3. Discussion on some most common guest complaints in Hotels or Restaurants
  4. Follow up steps after receiving complaints
  5. How to calm down an angry guest
  6. What expressions and words you should use
  7. How to refer the complaint to your immediate superior
  8. How to take legal actions if needed, etc.

Thanks for your words. Actually i have to stop the project for some time. The reason is that most of my reader need job. But you know searching in internet is not the only task to get a job. To get any job you need to know how to make your resume, how to respond in interviews, how to follow up, how to directly approach to employers for jobs or training etc. So, from my research i found that my readers need a Guideline. It is impossible for anyone to provide jobs but i can really guide them to get jobs more confidently then he or she think before. That is why now i am writing a book on How to get jobs and after finishing writing that i will restart writing on this topic. I am so sorry but i guess you would understand the situation. Keep in touch….

Thanks a lot for your inspiring words. Dear, this will not be a printed book but an Ebook. And it will come as package of both color and print friendly black and white version. That means you can buy the ebook online through credit card and then the book will be sent to your email address. Then after downloading you can save the book in your computer and read that and also if you wish, you could print the book.

As most of my visitors are students so i set the price very low. For the first 30 days you can buy the book at 10$. I believe you will promote my book after it is launched. Thanks.Keep commenting please
