I appreciate the effort you are doing to bring about change for those who are interested to improve theme selves in hotel business and learn more. Unfortunately i can not afford either the annual subscription or monthly, therefore, if you could possibly to send for me some important information regarding what to be the hotel service quality at each department level and pre service check list, that will be appreciated.
