Good morning,
I have been a subsciber since a while and have read and seen many of your letters, informations and videos. I apologize ahead of time and kindly ask not to make me feel guilty when you should find any typining mistakes or the grammer may not be correct. I am Austrian nationality and my main languagge is german but I try to improve myself in the english languagge.
As I am working within the service industry, I need to ask for a information or permition or whom or what would be possible.
I would be happy if I could use some of your available videos or parts of them for my inhouse training. How do I could get permittion of utalising mentioned videos and are there a way of downloading them?
