How to Prepare Cappuccino & Espresso Coffee

Many of my readers requested for publishing some cooking methods in this blog. Since this is a pure hotel management training blog so from now I will try to publish exclusive recipes and cooking methods with easy to practice cooking training videos. Today we will learn how to prepare a cup of Cappuccino and Espresso Coffee.

As you know Espresso is one of the most popular drinks in all over the world. Specially in some region it is the prime type of coffee. It has a thicker consistency and very easy to made. On the other hand cappuccino is an Italian Coffee which is also very popular all round the world, specially in Europe, Africa, America and Australia. You can easily prepare a cup of Cappuccino with espresso, hot and steamed milk. Now let’s learn the procedures preparing both of these drinks one by one.

  • Clean coffee cups, tea spoons and saucer
  • No stains or chips
  • Rinse coffee cup with hot water
  • Place cup under spout
  • Press espresso button switch once
  • Place half cup fresh milk under spout
  • Spoon frothy consistency milk onto espresso
  • Garnish with sparkle cocoa powder

How to Prepare a Cup Of Espresso:

  • Clean demitasse cups, tea spoons and saucer
  • No stains or chips
  • Rinse coffee cup with hot water
  • Place cup under spout
  • Press espresso button switch once
  • Served with lemon and orange skin- ( 1 cm x L, 0.5 cm x W )
  • Place on the saucer pointing 7 0’clock with lemon on the left and orange on the right.
